Should have hands on experience in Requirement gathering involves client interaction, Analysis and designing application interface
Should have hands on experience in Java and J2ee
Should be more strong in Struts or Spring framework
Should have good experience in web application technologies like HTML, Java Script, JQuery
Should have experience in Agile / Scrum methodology
Experience in Multi-browser compatible web development
Hands on experience in delivering mission critical projects to demanding customers
Experience in designing and developing detailed solution architecture, application architecture, integration architecture and data architecture specifications, and design specifications
Should possess fair Team/project management experience
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
Should be able to take complete ownership and exhibit leadership qualities
Experience in database design would be nice
Should have outstanding Experience in Developing Distributed Java Applications
Should have hands on experience in SDLC
Should have Ability to understand business processes & mine projects onsite, coupled with sound technical knowledge.
